You grant Scenescroll a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit Input and Output as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
AI-Specific Disclosures
- Output is generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others.
- You are responsible for reviewing Output before publication or commercial use.
- We may use third-party model providers and infrastructure to process your Input.
Fees, Credits, and Billing
- Paid features may require a subscription, credit balance, or other charges.
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees and taxes.
- Unless required by law, fees and used credits are non-refundable once consumed.
